The help and support you need to come back to YOU

I am writing this on day 3 of my third recovery period (after 12 years of amenorrhea), so needless to say, working with Holly has been truly life changing! 

I firstly learned about Holly and her work whilst listening to a very interesting podcast she was on, after which I quickly contacted her to book my discovery call. For the first time in years, I felt I was asked the right questions and carefully listened to, without being rushed or dismissed... I instantly knew Holly was 'the one'! 

Holly really is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to women's health, hormones and hypothalamic amenorrhea specifically, and after years of dealing with health professionals whose only approach is 'get back on the pill and come back when you want to get pregnant', she was a huge breath of fresh air and I have finally felt in good hands. 

I am currently studying to become a Nutritional Therapist, so it was great to live first-hand the experience of being a (very looked after) client. I have really loved hearing the 'science' behind Holly's recommendations, Holly goes above and beyond in answering all your questions and will always be my role model when I start my own practice. Her support in between consultations was prompt and thoughtful and I have found her write-ups fantastic - so many new ideas, tips and strategies - definitely the kind of resource I will be coming back to in years to come! 

Most importantly speaking to Holly has always felt like chatting to an old friend - I will never forget Holly's reaction when I told her I got my first period back 😀 ! I have loved Holly's warm and relaxed approach and left every single consultation feeling inspired and hopeful.
