One-To-One Personalised Package

The most effective way to help you is through a personalised programme of support to include appropriate laboratory tests and my ongoing support. This includes a number of consultations over approximately 12 weeks. The timing and spacing of your sessions are flexible to suit you, up to 6 months. All consultations are held online via Zoom.

What will your one-to-one programme look like?

  • Initial consultation: 90-120 minutes

  • Follow up consultations: typically 4 or 7 sessions lasting 45 minutes, every 2-4 weeks

  • State-of-the-art (evidence-based) laboratory test recommendations and interpretation (or analysis of existing results)

  • In-depth health and lifestyle assessment to consider symptoms, medical history, family history, lifestyle, stress and movement

  • Current medication and nutrient interaction evaluation (if applicable)

  • Personalised and evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle and supplement recommendations

  • Personal coaching to help you implement recommendations via consultations and email

  • 10-20% discount on pharmaceutical-grade supplements with trusted suppliers

  • Referral to and/or liason with other healthcare practitioners if required (only ever with your express permission)

  • Educational handouts and resources

Pricing

Personalised programme prices typically range from £1, 195 up to £1, 995, depending on the overall design and structure of your programme. I will always aim to pinpoint the best fit for your needs and will discuss this with you on your free enquiry call.

My fees reflect my expertise, qualifications and years of experience in this field. The investment includes any time spent interpreting test results, speaking with laboratories and preparing personalised plans. Payment is usually required a few days before your programme begins as the majority of the work is weighted at the start of the programme.

Aftercare

Following your one-to-one package, if you wish to continue with my one to one support, you get access to discounted one-off individual consultations priced at £195.

Single One-To-One Consultation

Single consultations are also available but they are most effective for former clients (available at a discount) or those who require “light-touch” support or a little “tune-up”. They are also available if you wish to discuss a specific topic, such as a recent blood test, a new symptom, a specific dietary approach or a supplement plan.

  • One consultation lasting 45 to 120 minutes depending on your needs

  • Test recommendations or interpretation (e.g. blood tests), especially if this is the focus of your session

  • Health and lifestyle assessment to consider symptoms, medical history, family history, lifestyle, stress and movement

  • “Lighter touch” personalised and evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle and supplement recommendations

  • Current medication and nutrient interaction evaluation if applicable

  • 10-20% discount on pharmaceutical-grade supplements with my trusted suppliers

Pricing

Prices typically range from £200 to £600 depending on your goals, alongside the length and depth of your session.

What are the benefits of a personalised package vs. a single consultation?

A personalised programme (package) provides significantly better, more sustainable health outcomes than a single consultation by offering tailored, adaptive and ongoing support and guidance. Research shows that personalised programs can lead to improved health and metabolic markers and better diet quality compared to “a snapshot of advice” that may be harder to follow and implement. During your programme, we can also adjust your plan based on your progress, challenges, and new data (e.g., improving symptoms and test results), ensuring the approach always remains safe and effective.
