Having restored my own health and missing period with the right nutrition and lifestyle shifts, I’m incredibly passionate about helping women feel safe enough to nourish their body in the right way so that they can regain their health and their cycle.

My story

I’m a clinical nutritionist and specialist in amenorrhea (missing periods), hormones and mental health.

My approach is rooted in evidence-based nutrition and a true love of the science behind how your body actually works. I use personalised nutrition, lab testing and lifestyle coaching to work with your unique biochemistry and circumstances to help restore your health and periods.

Losing your energy and track of your periods can be emotionally draining and isolating, which is why I’m so passionate about supporting other women with their hormones, stress and other mental health struggles. I really know what it feels like to feel shattered, burnt out – as if you’ve lost your way. But I was not alone and nor are you.
