Happier, healthier and less stressed
Before working with Holly, I was struggling with my diet, lack of sleep and stress . My main hesitation before starting my programme was that I might end up with some kind of wacky food plan (e.g. plant based with lots of expensive supplements!) But this wasn’t the case at all.
Through working with Holly I’ve been able to improve my gut health, my diet, reduce sugar cravings and I now enjoy less stress and better sleep. The experience has also helped me manage my peri-menopause symptoms without the need for medication, leaving me feeling happier, healthier and less stressed.
Holly is great to work with and takes time to really understand your needs and wants. Non-judgemental, she sets realistic programmes that are easy to stick to because it is not big sweeping changes in one go. Her knowledge of the science in relation to health and nutrition gives you the confidence to put your trust in her. I would rate her 10/10.
