More stability and less stress
Before working with Holly, I was struggling with low energy, mood swings and weight management. I was also worried that moving away from fasting would make me gain more weight and lose control of my eating habits.
Through working with Holly, I steadily lost weight (2kg in just 4 weeks) and experienced much more stability around my mood and food. I now find it so much easier to deal with hunger, I have more stable moods, less stress around food and a better quality of life. I would rate Holly 10/10!
